Q: We are having a problem making Formoid work correctly. Whenever we open it, it gives us the option to upgrade to full version. When we click that, and put in email we get told that the key is already activated with another email.
Please help.
A: This key is already activated with another email! - It means that the email address
specified in Formoid app. and email address you used for registration previously are not
the same. Notice, it's impossible to use the same reg. key with several email addresses.
So, please enter the correct information.
