Q: Hello,
I am currently trying to use the Formoid 2.3 program to create a form for a clients website.
I have purchased the full version of the program and am having trouble with the upgrade process.
After entering the registration key in the account info dialog box, I am getting an error saying that "There are error while activating: This key is already activated with another email!"
The confirmation email I received after purchase of the full version stated that the license is good for two activation's ( or two computers.... i am assuming) i have confirmed the email account i am using and the registration key....
Please advise ASAP as I have a deadline for the form implementation.
A: This key is already activated with another email! - It means that the email address
specified in Formoid app. and email address you used for registration previously are not
the same. Notice, it's impossible to use the same reg. key with several email addresses.
So, please enter the correct information.
