Q: The problem isn't the activation key. When I insert the key, it says "The key is already activated with another email address."
It needs to reset I think as it will not accept my email address

A: It means that the email address specified in Formoid app. and email address you used for registration previously are not the same.
Notice, it's impossible to use the same reg. key with several email addresses.
So, please enter the correct information.
