Contact form generator crashes

Q: I was not able to use this program.

It crashes the moment I try to start it regardless of what I am trying to do. It is not the computer.

A: Try to do the following:

Control panel -> System -> Advanced system settings -> (Performance) Settings -> Data Execution Prevention.

Turn off DEP or add Formoid in the exception list.
