Even in it's infancy, formoid shows a lot of promise. I have used it to set up a simple html5 login form on my site; at least it appears simple, but it has a lot of PHP backend to ensure the results in a textarea are formatted properly for the registrar to work with.
As for features, I'd like to see a calendar widget attached to a field to
a) allow dates to be picked visually, and
b) to ensure the format of the date is consistent.
