I have a full version installed on my computer. I have been trying to upgrade to full version on my laptop, it doesn't not work even after having requested a new password. It says : wrong email or password! I am sure I do not mistake as I copy paste the data from the e-mails received from you.

A: If you re-install Formoid or install it on another computer, you shouldn't enter your
registration key again. You should just specify the email address that was used for
registration previously, and all license info will be applied in the application.
