There are too many missing options for me to be able to use it.
I would really need a date picker.
Couple of suggestions for good picker
Also, the ability to add email fields and one or more captcha styles.
Of course, being able to size the text for individual fields would be nice. But, I realize that I can edit the HTML file (ugh).
